Kedarnath New Poster: Sara Ali Khan To Make Her Debut With Kedarnath, Not Simmba
There was a strong buzz that Sara Ali Khan will soon make her debut with Rohit Shetty’s Simmba opposite Ranveer Singh as Kedarnath (which she started filming first) was pushed to 2019. However, this morning Kedarnath makers released a new poster of the film, where the specified release date is that of Dec 7, which clearly means that the film will hit theatres before Simmba (Dec 28).

Well yes, Sushant Singh Rajput starrer Kedarnath will undoubtedly be Sara’s debut film. After their fallout with KriArj entertainment, Ronnie Screwvalla stepped in as the producer of the film. The makers of the film unveiled the poster of the film, last night. Sara Ali Khan and Sushant Singh Rajput shared the poster on social media and wrote, “No tragedy, no wrath of nature, no act of God can defeat the power of love! Presenting the official #KedarnathPoster, teaser out at 12 noon!  @sushantsinghrajput #RonnieScrewvala @gattukapoor @pragyadav @gitspictures @rsvpmovies @zeemusiccompany #kedarnath #jaibholenath #shambhu”

A few months back, Sara found herself in a legal soup, which eventually got settled out of the court between the makers of Kedarnath (Screwvalla & Gattu) and Simmba (KJo & Rohit). The case was about Sara’s talent management company, KWAN (which is currently in news courtesy its former co-founder, Anirban Blah’s sexual harassment scandal) allocating Kedarnath’s date to Simmba makers. Both wanted to shoot with Sara in June and July. As Kedarnath got delayed owing to Gattu's dispute with KriArj, Kwan, allocated the same dates to Simmba which she had given to Kedarnath. After one hearing at the Bombay High Court, both parties agreed for an out of court settlement.
